Lifestyle Coaching focuses on Performance, which bridges the gap between health and wellbeing and life (success) coaching.
It is not traditional health coaching, although it will dramatically improve your health and well-being likely more than health coaching ever will because it takes into consideration more than nutrition, fitness, and sleep. This is not enough to develop a successful lifestyle that promotes your health.
Life or Coaching focuses on your success and is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
Life coaching does not though address the underlying lifestyle that is often responsible for many of those challenges.
To rise and thrive, you need to understand how the many aspects of your lifestyle impact each other and how to manage each in a whole lifestyle approach to achieving your aspirations. In addition to understanding the present situation of a client to determine their game and goals, lifestyle coaching systematically addresses the energy, health, and performance of the client in the context of the person’s goals and integrates their lifestyle and success strategy into one.

Your coach will focus with you on helping you optimize an aspect of your lifestyle or developing a lifestyle-based performance strategy that gives you the energy to perform in the game of your life, career, and business, with the potential addition of an active endurance sport for inspiration.
